TeacherActive is recruiting a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a warm Bishop's Stortford nursery on a long-term contract. This role offers stability with potential progression into a permanent position within a supportive team that values development.

You will provide high-quality Early Years care, assist with planning engaging activities, follow safeguarding procedures and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners.
• Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Educators.
• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualifications.
• Other recognised and relevant Early Years qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning, development and everyday activities.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of care.
• Working as part of a team to deliver an engaging Early Years experience.

Education

Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners

Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Educators

CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualifications
