Job summary

Randstad CPE in Dorking is seeking a General Construction Labourer for a commercial build, starting late October 2026. This ongoing role offers steady full-time hours, and long-term work through autumn and winter with a reliable contractor.

You will support trades, offload deliveries, keep walkways clear, and follow site safety rules. A valid CSCS card and full PPE are essential, along with the right to work in the UK. Weekly pay options are available (CIS, Umbrella or PAYE).

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or above) is essential.
• Full PPE: steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, gloves.
• Previous general site labouring experience.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist site trades and sub-contractors with day-to-day tasks.
• Offload material deliveries and stock work areas safely.
• Keep walkways, stairwells, and access routes clear and hazard-free.
• Sweep, manage waste disposal and keep recycling skips clear.
• Follow site health & safety rules and wear full PPE.
