Job summary

Randstad CPE is hiring a General Construction Labourer for an upcoming residential build in Maidstone, starting Monday 21st September 2026.

You will assist site trades, offload deliveries, keep areas clean, and follow health and safety rules. Full-time hours, 40-45 per week, with weekly pay.

Valid CSCS card, full PPE, and right to work in the UK are required; CIS/Umbrella/PAYE payroll options available.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (Green Labourer card or above) required.
• Ability to work safely with PPE and manual handling.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist site trades with daily operations.
• Offload deliveries and move materials on site levels.
• Keep access routes and work areas clean and safe.
• Sweep and manage site debris and recycling skips.
• Follow health & safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
