ARX Robotics GmbH in London seeks a Workshop and Warehouse Supervisor to own our central London facilities, creating a safe, secure, and highly efficient workspace that powers our advanced robotic deployments.

You will lead inventory and logistics systems, maintain fleet readiness, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement with hands-on problem solving in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operational experience in logistics, industrial, manufacturing, or military settings.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to create order and efficiency.
• Proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining systems and SOPs.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations; commitment to a safe workplace.
• Hands-on skills operating counterbalance forklifts, driving fleet vehicles, and using tools.
• Collaborative team player focused on enabling others' success.
• Full UK driving license and on-site London work daily.

About the Role

What You Bring

• Significant experience in a hands‑on operational role within a logistics, industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.

• A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and maintain effective systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• A solid understanding of UK health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Hands‑on skill and confidence in operating machinery like counterbalance forklifts, driving fleet vehicles, and using various tools.
• A collaborative, team‑player mindset focused on enabling the success of others.
• A full UK driving license and the ability to work on‑site in London daily.
