Job summary

JLL’s Tétris London seeks a Technical Director to lead the technical delivery of workplace Design & Build projects. You will drive buildability, coordinate information, and ensure design solutions are robust, compliant and commercially viable on site.

You will mentor teams, manage design fees using in-house tools, and align design with programme, quality and client expectations from early design through handover.

• Strong technical leadership across Design & Build projects in London.
• Experience delivering workplace interior projects in London with buildability focus.
• Ability to coordinate design information, identify risks and provide buildable solutions.
• Experience coordinating design information to ensure buildable solutions.
