Job summary

Capital Dynamics is seeking a Technology Analyst in London to join our Technology department. You will be the primary support contact for the London office, focusing on the stability of the Microsoft 365 environment, end-user support, and operational management of core IT processes including provisioning and asset management.

You’ll have a structured development path into our data and AI programme as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 1–3 years in technology or desktop support role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain M365 including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Provide end-user support to London office staff and management.
• Own user lifecycle provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Triaging hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and access permissions.
• Support meeting room AV tech and video conferencing systems.
• Document resolutions and produce runbooks.
