Job summary

Lofthouse Group is exclusively handling a confidential search for a Regional Director, London & South East, based in London. You will lead the architecture function for a renowned AJ100 practice, guiding iconic projects and shaping the region's strategic direction.

The role demands full day-to-day leadership of the London studio, line management of regional leaders, and oversight of major projects, with active external representation and a focus on developing the team while preserving its

Qualifications

Qualified architect (RIBA or ARB registered).
Senior leadership experience running a mid-large team.
Hands on: visible in the studio, close to live projects.
Based in, or able to commute daily into, London.

Responsibilities

Take on full day to day leadership of the architectural service in London, including line management of the practice's other leaders in the region.
Empower others to have success, lead by example and develop the team.
High level oversight of all projects in the London/SE Region, as well as more direct hands on involvement in the largest, highest profile projects.
Build the region's profile externally, representing the practice at industry events, panels and talks, and championing its people and work in the market.
Bring more structure and consistency to how the team runs day to day, without losing the culture and collaborative spirit that makes it a great place to work.
