Job summary

Obex is seeking a Structured Finance Associate in London with 3–6 PQE to join a market-leading international finance practice. The role focuses on sophisticated transactions across securitisation, CLOs, warehouse funding and related financing structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong private practice experience in structured finance and securitisation, with excellent technical skills and a track record handling complex transactions within a top-tier firm.

Qualifications

Strong private practice experience in structured finance, securitisation, or a closely related finance area.
Excellent technical skills.
Experience handling complex transactions.

Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of structured finance transactions for banks, institutions, funds and investors.
Draft and negotiate complex financing documents and structures.
Collaborate with lenders, issuers and investors on high-value mandates.
