Job summary

MNM Property Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance works in Wandsworth, with travel across London as required. The role focuses on supervising operatives, ensuring safety compliance and high service standards for social housing properties.

You will coordinate trades, monitor quality, and contribute to customer satisfaction while maintaining professional communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance operatives or tradespeople.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and Safe Systems of Work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance works in Wandsworth and travel across London when required.
• Manage operatives to ensure efficient use of working days.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work and Health & Safety requirements.
• Carry out regular pre-work, in-progress and post-work inspections.
• Carry out regular vehicle inspections.
• Attend client and operational meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure timely delivery to quality standards.
• Support delivery of excellent customer service to residents and clients.
• Provide technical guidance to operatives and staff.
• Support training and development of operatives.
