London & Partners is seeking a proactive Business Support Manager for a 12-month FTC in London. You will engage with local entrepreneurs and small businesses, connecting them with tailored advice, resources and expert providers to help them start, grow and succeed.

In this hybrid role you will build relationships with communities, business networks, local authorities and support organisations, drive outreach, monitor performance and contribute to Grow London Local initiatives, ensuring

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience working with entrepreneurs and small businesses.
• Experience in a target-driven or sales environment.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and develop new relationships with community groups, event organisers, and service providers.
• Make referrals to support providers, ensuring fair allocation.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify barriers to accessing support.
• Promote outreach, workshops, and events to raise awareness of Grow London Local.
• Provide guidance helping SMEs access a range of services to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Business Support Managers and share best practices.
• Represent the team at meetings, events and public-facing opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities with regular updates.
