Job summary

London & Partners seeks a detail-oriented Small Business Programmes Business Executive to support the Made Smarter programme. You will handle operations, admin, data, reporting and stakeholder engagement across governance, funding and events.

You will work closely with the Strategy department to ensure a high-quality service experience for SMEs and partners, contributing to programme growth and social impact.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management, data analysis and evaluation.
• Strong IT skills and experience with financial and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused with strong organisational abilities.
• Experience coordinating events and stakeholder engagement.
• A learning mindset with ability to multi-task and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor programme delivery against targets and flag issues promptly.
• Coordinate CRM, documentation and governance records for compliance.
• Prepare reports and insights for funders and internal teams.
• Support end-to-end grant administration and invoices processing.
• Plan meetings, workshops and events with internal and external partners.
• Support SME engagement and communications across all channels.
• Lead data collection and analyse SME feedback to drive improvements.
• Administer the Digital Internship programme and monitor outcomes.
• Assist with marketing activity and lead generation campaigns.
