- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis abilities.
- Good knowledge of regulatory standards related to security systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain intruder alarm, CCTV and fire alarm systems.
- Respond to pre-arranged and emergency service calls on-site.
- Diagnose faults, perform repairs and restore system functionality.
- Recommend upgrades and improvements for performance and security.
- Monitor alarms and respond to potential security incidents.
