• Participate in rotational placements across the People function (talent acquisition, policy, L&D, ER, reward, diversity and inclusion).
• Gain experience across multiple people disciplines and contribute to improvements in colleague experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Develop professional skills in judgement, communication, stakeholder management and delivery.
