Job summary

The FCA's People Graduate Programme is a two-year, rotational scheme designed to develop your career in people practice. You'll work in multiple placements across talent acquisition, policy, learning and development, employee relations, reward, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning and people strategy.

You'll gain broad exposure, build professional networks, and develop core skills such as judgment, communication and stakeholder management while partnering with experienced colleagues

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree from any university is required.
• Curiosity and ability to learn in a professional environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and data interpretation are valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational placements across People: talent acquisition, policy, learning and development, employee relations, reward, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning and people strategy.
• Develop skills in analysing people data, solving business challenges and designing people-focused solutions.
• Build a broad professional network and contribute to organisational effectiveness across multiple disciplines.
