Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea in London is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for White City (Westfield). You’ll welcome customers, offer tastings and tailored recommendations to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll handle till operations, guest services, restocking and store presentation with energy and care. Availability to work weekends and busy periods is essential, with a minimum of 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role (retail, hospitality or similar).
• Great communication skills and a friendly, unflappable manner.
• Comfort working at pace while still providing thoughtful, tailored service.
• Confidence handling cash, stock, and till operations.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts - including weekends and key London trading days.
• Multilingual skills or tourism experience are a bonus in this globally visited location!

Responsibilities

• Serve customers from around the world, offering tastings, tailored advice, and a standout experience under pressure.
• Guide customers through our range, suggesting pairings and bundles that elevate their visit and increase basket size.
• Balance tills, restocks, and sampling during high-traffic times with urgency and care.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a close-knit team, maintaining clear communication and high energy.
• Ensure the store looks great and runs like clockwork through stock replenishment and visual standards.
