Interlink Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded global law firm for an Associate to join its London Restructuring & Insolvency team. This role suits a lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE handling a broad mix of advisory, transactional and contentious work across domestic and cross-border matters.

You will work closely with partners and senior associates, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice while gaining exposure to complex restructuring

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with 2–4 years' PQE in restructuring and insolvency.
• Strong understanding of finance and security documentation.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sale agreements or similar documents.
• Clear, commercially focused advisory and contentious skills.

Mansioni

• Advise creditors, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors.
• Assist on restructuring strategies and insolvency procedures.
• Support insolvency appointments and planning.
• Handle pre-pack transactions and administration sales.
• Review security documentation and enforcement steps.
• Provide advice on insolvency disputes and court applications.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with partners and international colleagues.
