Randstad is recruiting a Change Manager for a London-based hybrid 18-month contract. You will lead cross-region change efforts for major Order Management and Allocation transformations, coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure adoption and delivery milestones.

The role emphasizes global reach, stakeholder management, and a strong change framework, with a focus on delivering measurable adoption across six markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading global change management for large transformations across multiple regions.
• Deep knowledge of structured change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
• Excellent facilitation, communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Experience supporting ERP/CRM or Supply Chain/Allocation transformations (Q2C/O2C).
• Retail, Manufacturing or FMCG domain experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end change management strategy across 6 regions.
• Lead change impact assessments, training needs analyses, and stakeholder mapping.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and provide constructive pushback to manage scope.
• Drive the human and operational transition for order processing and allocation workflows.
• Partner with markets to build change capabilities and ensure adoption.
• Track and report change effectiveness and adoption metrics to sponsors.
• Demonstrate global transformation experience and capability across geographies.

• Location: Hybrid – London (3 days/week in office)
• Contract Duration: 18-Month Contract
• Day Rate: Up to £800/day (Inside IR35)
• Scope & Direct Reports: Global reach with 6 international countries/regions reporting directly into this role~

Key Challenge & Culture Fit: Transitioning core Order Management and Allocation workflows while operating with a lean delivery team. The role requires high passion, exceptional stakeholder navigation, and the confidence to push back effectively when scope or timelines threaten adoption.

We are partnering with My Client on a major global transformation programme focused on Order Management and Allocation. We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Organisational Change Manager to drive change adoption and operational transition across multiple international markets.

This is a high-visibility, critical role for a consultant who thrives in complex, multi-geography environments and possesses the strategic spine to challenge the status quo, manage diverse stakeholders, and navigate resource constraints to successfully deliver global business outcomes.

• Global Change Strategy: Design and execute the end-to-end change management strategy across 6 different regions/countries reporting directly into leadership.
• Impact & Readiness Assessments: Lead through change impact assessments, training needs analyses, and stakeholder mapping across diverse international markets.
• Stakeholder Management & Pushback: Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, while confidently providing constructive pushback to keep scope and delivery realistic.
• Process & Workflow Shift: Drive the human and operational transition as order processing workflows, allocation models, and supply chain ERP/CRM platforms change.
• Capability Building: Partner with local market teams to build change capabilities, drive readiness activities, and foster high adoption.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report change effectiveness and business adoption metrics to sponsors.
• Global Transformation Experience: Proven track record leading OCM for large-scale, cross-functional global transformations across multiple geographies.
• Methodology Expertise: Deep knowledge of structured change frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent).
• Stakeholder Mastery & Leadership: Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to push back effectively at senior levels.
• Multi-Market Leadership: Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage workloads effectively under tight scope limits, and drive results across 6 reporting countries.
• Passionate & Driven: Genuine passion for change management and driving seamless adoption in fast-paced environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), ERP, CRM, or Supply Chain/Allocation transformations.
• Industry Background: Direct experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is desirable
