Job summary

Ardian's Private Credit team in London is offering an internship to assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential private credit investments. The team is among the largest in Europe, with approximately $10 billion under management and 25 investment professionals across London, Paris and Frankfurt.

You will help produce investment memoranda, support diligence calls, manage the CRM, and contribute to minutes and updates.

Qualifications

• Degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading university, minimum 2:1.
• Exposure to Private Equity or Private Credit is valued.
• Experience in M&A, leveraged finance, or DCM is desirable.
• Background in strategy consulting is attractive.
• Experience in a Transaction Services team is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investment memorandum production, including diligence reviews and memo drafting.
• Support CRM management: deal flow and pipeline tracking.
• Prepare minutes after team meetings and investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio companies and contribute to internal updates.
