Job summary

Ardian is offering a Private Credit Intern position in our London office, assisting in identification, analysis and execution of potential private credit investments. The team supports investment memos, diligence calls, and financial modelling.

You will help manage CRM workflows, participate in meeting minutes, and monitor portfolio companies, gaining exposure to a leading European private credit platform. Strong analytical ability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading university.
• Minimum 2:1 in your degree.
• Previous roles in Private Equity/Private Credit, M&A or leveraged finance would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investment memorandum production, including diligence reviews and memo drafting.
• Assist in CRM management (deal flow and pipeline tracking).
• Assist in producing minutes for meetings and investment committees.
• Involve in portfolio company monitoring and internal updates.
