Job summary

ARDIAN is offering an internship in the London office to assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential private credit investments. The team, based in London, Paris and Frankfurt, values high analytical ability and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with exposure to deal flow, CRM, and portfolio monitoring.

You should have a degree from a leading university and a minimum 2:1, with experience in Private Equity or Private Credit being a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree from a leading university with at least a 2:1.
• Previous roles/internships in Private Equity or Private Credit/ M&A, leveraged finance or DCM appreciated.
• Strong analytical ability and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Additional European language skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investment memorandum production and financial modelling.
• Assist in management of the team CRM (deal flow and pipeline tracking).
• Assist in production of minutes after team meetings and investment committees.
• Support portfolio company monitoring and internal updates.
