Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a related degree
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Customer-facing IT experience in solution area
• Familiar with cloud security, content delivery, security event management, compliance
• Knowledge of project management concepts
• Understanding web networks and protocols
• Willingness to travel ~10%

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and present Tencent Cloud solutions.
• Drive product adoption and tailor solutions for opportunities.
• Train internal teams and partners on Tencent Cloud products.
• Monitor and resolve customer issues related to Tencent Cloud security and performance.
• Collaborate with global teams on international initiatives.
• Plan programs across multiple technical teams and geo locations.
• Clarify requirements and design features to meet business goals.
• Assess risks from dependencies between groups.
• Work with engineering to implement new tools for teams.
