Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for the London region within its Neurovascular division. You will drive sales for the HEM portfolio, provide expert clinical support, and work with teams across education, marketing, and hospital partners.

The role involves travel across the UK&I, engaging clinicians, and contributing to training and workflow optimization to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in medical sales; interventional neurovascular or related field preferred but not essential.
• Strong training, presentation and communication skills for engaging clinicians and hospital staff.
• Ability to travel and work independently in a field role; good time management.
• Familiarity with NHS system and procurement processes in UK hospitals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales results in line with annual targets for the Flow Diverter, Intra-saccular and Coil portfolios.
• Provide expert clinical support on interventional neurovascular procedures.
• Act as SME for HEM portfolio: anatomy, imaging, device usage, workflow optimization, patient pathway improvements.
• Support live cases in-lab or in hybrid theatres to assist with device setup and operator training.
• Design and deliver education programmes, workshops, and simulation training for hospital teams.
• Develop training materials and support accreditation programs aligning with SKILL and StrokEnomics programs.
