Qualifikationen

• Experience in estates or facilities management, building maintenance and M&E services.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, contractors and direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and health and safety legislation.
• An effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, delivering high standards.

• Lead the maintenance and development of the Museum’s London estate, including buildings, infrastructure and building services.
• Manage a small estates team providing leadership, support and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant estates, building and health and safety legislation and statutory requirements.
• Manage contractors, consultants and service providers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services.
• Specify, procure and deliver maintenance, refurbishment and minor capital projects.
• Manage delegated budgets and provide regular financial and performance reporting.
• Support strategic estates developments, exhibitions and wider Museum projects.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives through effective management of building systems and services.
