Qualifications

• Experience supervising engineers and contractors on site.
• Trade-based qualification or hands-on engineering background.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements and site procedures.
• Experience working in a commercial or high-profile environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineers and contractors on site.
• Act as a key point of contact for the site-based engineering team.
• Ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Support the day-to-day delivery of the facilities management contract.
• Ensure engineers and contractors comply with site procedures, health & safety requirements and relevant legislation.
• Assist with the management and updating of compliance documentation and ensuring requirements are adhered to.
• Monitor the quality and progress of works completed on site.
• Liaise with the wider facilities management team, contractors and client representatives.
• Support the investigation and resolution of any operational or maintenance issues.
• Ensure records, permits, documentation and site information are maintained accurately.
• Provide hands-on support and technical guidance where required.
