Job summary

A leading facilities management organization in London is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Facilities Shift Technician. The role involves supporting maintenance tasks across essential building systems to ensure a safe and operational environment. Candidates should have a City & Guilds Level 3 in engineering, experience with HVAC systems, and IOSH certification. Qualifications

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in a relevant engineering subject.
• Experience with IWMS planned and reactive maintenance tools.
• Demonstrable experience as an Authorised Person at HV or LV.

Responsibilities

• Support reactive maintenance tasks allocated via the IWMS.
• Undertake routine maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with risk assessments and SLAs.
