Qualifications

• Masters degree with at least 6 years’ experience managing senior staff.
• Strong network in asset servicing and corporate fiduciary industries.
• Experience with legal entity management and directorship services.
• Strong financial/accounting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to lead teams and work autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

• Drive budgeting, revenue performance and risk oversight.
