Job summary

Berluti, the unique men's Maison of the LVMH Group, is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Conduit St. London store. Based in Harrods, the role partners with the Store Manager to maximise sales and deliver Berluti’s exceptional customer experience.

You will engage clients with enthusiasm, develop relationships with local and international customers, and maintain stock, CRM integrity and visual standards. Fluent English and a luxury retail background are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' retail sales experience, preferably luxury consumer goods.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and client handling.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique customer experience and meet sales goals on the selling floor.
• Develop client relationships locally and with international customers.
• Maintain inventory, visual merchandising, and store policies.
