Job summary

Otis is seeking a Service Engineer to join our North London team. You will perform routine service and maintenance on a portfolio of lifts, ensuring passenger safety while keeping clients informed about work progress.

Travel around London is required, with training and development opportunities such as NVQ Level 4 and Employee Scholarship Program. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in lift service, maintenance or repair.
• Willing and able to travel around London.
• Experience with lifts or lift equipment is useful.
• Comfortable using electronic/digital tools and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance checks on a portfolio of lifts across North London (Camden, Regent's Park, St Pancras, Bloomsbury).
• Provide clients with updates on the work carried out.
• Respond to unexpected breakdowns with effective technical solutions.
• Perform minor repairs.
