Job summary

Otis is seeking a Technician in London to maintain and support elevator and escalator units, ensuring passenger safety and system reliability. You will act as a subject matter expert on lift issues and work with other branches to diagnose complex faults.

The role requires NVQ 4 or equivalent in lift servicing, a valid driver's license, and strong electrical engineering knowledge. You’ll coach colleagues and use digital tools, either solo or in a team, in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in lift servicing and repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering.
• Committed to safety-first approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
