FINSIGHT in London is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to own local IT operations and serve as London InfoSec champion, delivering high-quality client service for our VDR and Market Data products.

You will configure and maintain Mac and Windows devices, manage asset inventory, onboarding, and work with NYC teams to keep the office secure and compliant. The role offers hands-on learning in security, procurement, and customer-focused tech support.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring, managing and supporting macOS and Windows devices.
• Experience with IT asset management and hardware procurement.
• Strong online research abilities and proactive customer service.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Asset Lifecycle: manage London IT hardware from procurement to decommissioning.
• Onboarding Excellence: set up new London-based associates with devices and peripherals.
• Vendor Relations: coordinate UK electronics vendors and maintain cost-efficiency.
• Local Security Oversight: align with global InfoSec policies and data privacy needs.
• Access & Office Control: manage fobs, logs and audits.
• Technical Client Service: support VDR and Market Data products via multiple channels.
