Job summary

Citco in London is seeking a Junior Local IT Administrator to provide IT infrastructure support for the local office and region. The role involves resolving incidents, handling access control, and ensuring service delivery across desk-based, email, and on-site channels.

Working within the Customer Support IT group, you will follow ITIL practices, document incidents, and collaborate with multiple teams. The position offers a development path in a global financial services leader.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar IT role.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and Change Management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience ensuring compliance with industry and local government standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents and coordinate changes.
• Take ownership of issues and escalate when necessary to restore service quickly.
• Accurately record incidents and requests in the Service Desk system.
• Maintain a high level of customer service with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Create and publish support documentation to improve self-service for users.
• Verify IT Asset Management records and manage physical access and security.
• Complete IT Health Checks for the Local Office and participate in on-call rotations.
