Job summary

La Fosse is hiring for an in-office role in London to join an AI-driven scale-up building autonomous AI workers for property management. You will work across backend, frontend, infra and deployment, shaping the technical foundation of the product.

You will use Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis and cloud services (GCP/AWS) to deliver features. The role offers £75,000-£110,000 base salary plus meaningful equity at an early-stage startup.

Qualifications

• Strong programming in Python and FastAPI
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Cloud in production (GCP or AWS)
• Solid educational background

Responsibilities

• Work across backend, frontend, infrastructure and deployment
• Support architectural decisions and ship features from concept to production
• Collaborate with a small, focused team to build a great product
• Integrate with agents, LLM pipelines and RAG infrastructure across systems
