Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ICT Engineer with strong ICT Deskside Client and Network infrastructure skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and good problem-solving abilities to join our organization.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Attend schools onsite daily and provide support both onsite and remotely via the ICT Service Desk.
  2. Resolve issues related to all O365 applications and Google Workspace.
  3. Participate in IT Projects concerning school networking and security.
  4. Assess situations quickly and implement recovery processes, including temporary fixes or permanent solutions, for issues like server or switch failures, floods, and internet outages.
Role Holder Requirements

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  1. Proven ability to work collaboratively to deliver and manage various programs and projects.
  2. Hands-on experience with small organizations or school networks.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially with internal users and external vendors.
  4. Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and possess a Right to Work in the UK.
