Job summary

Voi is seeking a Fleet Specialist in London to work across our mechanical and in-field teams, maintaining scooters and driving company e-vans in the city. You’ll be assigned tasks by your line manager to cover essential operations and ensure safety and reliability for riders.

The role includes on-site scooter maintenance, battery swaps, and occasional repairs, with shifts Friday through Tuesday from 08:00 to 16:00 on a 37.5-hour week. A DBS check may be required during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with max 6 points and no major offences.
• Good knowledge of the local city area and routes for efficient van driving.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Willingness to go through DBS check and physically handle scooters and batteries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair scooters to keep them in good condition.
• Collect, deploy and search for damaged scooters and batteries.
• Replace batteries and perform on-site scooter repairs.
• Diagnose and repair broken vehicles and recycle/dismantle unreparable units.
• Assist with acceptance, packaging and preparation of new vehicles arriving at warehouse.
• Support on-site team, identify damaged vehicles and help with logistics and field tasks.
