Job summary

Voi in Northampton is seeking a Fleet Specialist to maintain and repair scooters and e-bikes and to support in-field operations across the Northampton area. The role involves diagnostics, battery work, on-site repairs, and ensuring safe and reliable vehicles for customers.

The position requires a Full UK Driving License (6 points max), the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a pragmatic, customer-focused approach to keep operations efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License with up to 6 points and meet e-Van insurance requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of your city.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Pragmatic problem-solving and ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Perform quality checks and identify damaged vehicles.
• Battery replacement.
• On-site quick repairs when needed.
• Recycle and dismantle unrepairable vehicles.
• Assist with acceptance and provisioning of new vehicles and batteries.
• Support in-field operations, including collecting damaged vehicles and clearing spaces.
• Ensure smooth logistics for vehicle collection and return.
