Voi Technology AB in Northampton is seeking a Fleet Specialist to maintain and repair scooters and e-bikes and support in-field operations across the area. You’ll join the Mechanical team and ensure vehicles are safe, reliable and ready for customers.

The role requires a full UK driving license, the ability to work early shifts, and the discipline to perform on-site repairs and assist with vehicle logistics. DBS check may be required.

Formación

• Full UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points.
• In-depth knowledge of your city and being used to driving in your city.
• Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and in a group.
• Ability to motivate others and to share knowledge within the team.
• Pragmatic problem-solving mentality to execute tasks and reach targets.
• Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions.
• Can react calmly to stressful situations (parking, traffic).
• Physical condition to carry heavy loads.
• DBS Check may be required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles.
• Performing quality checks and identifying damaged vehicles.
• Battery replacement.
• Performing quick on-site repairs when needed.
• Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assisting with acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse.
• Supporting in-field operations, including collecting damaged vehicles and arranging logistics.
• Ensuring smooth logistics for collecting and returning vehicles.
