Voi is seeking a Fleet Specialist in London to maintain and repair scooters in the mechanical team or to operate vans in the in-field team within the city. You will be assigned by the line manager to the area needed to keep operations safe, reliable and efficient for riders.

You will drive one of our company e-vans, perform on-site repairs, replace batteries, and assist with vehicle handovers and warehouse prep. DBS check may be required during recruitment.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, max 6 points, no major offences.
• Strong knowledge of your city and ability to navigate it comfortably.
• Able to work independently and with others in a supportive team.
• Willingness to share knowledge and help colleagues.
• Solution-oriented mindset and proactive in getting tasks done.
• Comfortable driving vans in varying weather and traffic.
• Calm and courteous in stressful situations.
• Physically able to move scooters and batteries safely.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure logistics of collecting and deploying Voi scooters.
• Search for and collect damaged scooters.
• Replace batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride.
• Perform quick on-site repairs of scooters.
• Diagnose and repair broken vehicles.
• Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assist with acceptance, packaging and preparation of new vehicles and batteries.
• Support on-site team by identifying damaged vehicles and clearing spaces.
