Job summary

Islandbridge is seeking a Client Associate for the Family Office Team in London’s West End. The role focuses on client relationships, reporting and treasury support, working closely with senior leaders.

Candidates should have 2+ years at a Big Four or similar firm and a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent). The firm offers competitive pay, private healthcare, training and development, plus volunteering days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience at a Big Four or similar firm; professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
• Highly numerate; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Payments: manage client treasury, banking and liquidity forecasting.
• Reporting: prepare quarterly consolidated client reports and verify data.
• Investments: prepare subscriptions/redemptions and compliance requirements.
• Tax: gather and coordinate client tax data and documentation; work with tax advisers.
• Projects & Other: support high-value client projects, governance records and fund administration.
