Job summary

Our client, a London law firm, seeks an Associate in Private Client (Offshore focus) with 2–6 PQE to join its expanding Offshore Private Client team. You will handle high-value, cross-border matters for international private clients, including offshore trust structures and UK tax aspects.

The role requires experience advising offshore and international private clients and confidence working with HNW/UHNW families, trustees and family offices.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years' PQE (Solicitor)
• Experience advising offshore and international private clients (essential)
• Confident with HNW/UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices

Responsibilities

• Advise on cross-border wealth and succession planning.
• Work with UK and offshore trust structures.
• Plan estates for internationally mobile individuals.
• Address UK tax aspects of international private client work.
• Draft wills, trusts and related documentation.
• Assist with asset structuring and restructuring.
• Advise clients relocating to and from the UK.
