Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years PQE.
• Experience advising offshore and international private clients (essential).
• Confident working with HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices.
• Strong technical knowledge in trusts, succession planning and international private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cross-border wealth and succession planning.
• Handle UK and offshore trust structures.
• Manage estate planning for internationally mobile individuals and families.
• Address UK tax aspects of international private client work.
• Draft wills, trusts and related documentation.
• Advise clients relocating to and from the UK.
