LHH is recruiting a Private Client Associate for a leading London law firm, focusing on offshore private client matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

With 2–6 PQE, you will handle cross-border wealth, UK/offshore trusts, and related tax issues, while assisting clients relocating to or from the UK. This is a high-calibre role within a renowned offshore private client practice.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years PQE with offshore and international private client experience.
• Proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals, trustees and family offices.
• Experience advising on cross-border wealth and trust structures.

Responsibilities

• Managing cross-border wealth and succession planning.
• Advising on UK and offshore trust structures and asset restructuring.
• Handling UK tax aspects related to international private client matters.
• Drafting wills, trusts and related legal documentation.
• Assisting clients relocating to and from the UK.
