Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a Fabric Engineer to cover central London on a full-time, permanent basis. The role includes visiting multiple commercial sites and performing planned and reactive maintenance across offices, hospitals, schools and retail premises.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, plastering and decorating tasks, along with compliance tests such as water systems and alarms. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 building services qualification is required and travel by public transport between

• Must have a multi skilled maintenance background.
• Holding a level 2 building services qualification.
• Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance.
