Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Engineer based in London. The role involves field-based installation, testing and commissioning of IP CCTV, access control and enterprise security systems across Europe.

You will work with Lenel OnGuard, C•CURE 9000, Genetec or Gallagher platforms and travel regularly to client sites. A strong IP networking background and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and commissioning commercial security systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP CCTV and networking.
• Ability to work across Europe on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Installation of IP CCTV systems.
• Commissioning and configuration of IP CCTV systems.
• Installation and commissioning of Access Control systems.
• Installation of Intruder Alarm systems.
• Configuration and testing of IP-based security systems.
• Working with TCP/IP, IP addressing, switches and network infrastructure.
• Travelling to customer sites across Europe.
• Testing systems and completing final commissioning.
• Completing commissioning documentation and handover information.
