Mitchell McDermott in London is seeking a Construction Project Manager with Data Centre experience to join our team. In this role you will manage a portfolio of Data Centre projects across London and support a Senior PM to learn from their experience, while attending client meetings on-site.

We welcome applicants with a relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or Surveying, 2–5 years' experience in a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role, and proven

Qualifications

Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or Surveying.
2-5 years' experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role.
Experience in Data Centres is a must.
Excellent leadership skills.
High level of reporting skills; proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
Experience in contract administration would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Shrewd precise eye for detail.
Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Data Centre projects across London.
Support a Senior PM which will offer a great opportunity to learn from their experience.
Prepare and Analyse construction programmes.
Prepare detailed reports for presentation to our clients.
Attend client meetings.
