Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience, ideally in underwriting and closing CMBS and/or CRE loans.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; experience with Argus is not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate mortgage loans across property types.
• Perform in-depth property, market, sector, and borrower due diligence.
• Model cash flows and conduct valuation analyses.
