Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prepare client materials and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support client coverage, origination and relationship management for real estate corporates and sponsors.
• Assist with transaction execution including lending, acquisition financing and facilities.
• Prepare credit papers, financial analyses and client presentations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and participate in risk and regulatory processes.
