Qualifications

• English law-qualified corporate solicitor with 4–10 years PQE experience

Responsibilities

• Join a Tier 1-accredited corporate structuring team in the UK, based in London.
• Work with both lawyers and non-lawyers on day-to-day matters and deal execution.
