Job summary

Law Firm seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its close-knit team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will handle M&A transactions, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, and shareholder agreements for a diverse client base.

The role offers flexibility with a mix of office, client-facing and remote working; travel to client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across key corporate law areas: M&A, restructurings, governance and advisory work.
• Ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A transactions, acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare and negotiate shareholder agreements and joint venture documents.
• Lead corporate governance and advisory matters for clients.
• Support client meetings with timely, commercial advice.
• Travel to client meetings and attend the office when required.

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its close-knit and well-respected team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
