Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves advising a diverse client base on M&A, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and governance across Technology, Media and Professional Services sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with a strong market reputation, offering a mix of office, client-facing and remote working, with travel to client meetings as required.

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its close-knit and well-respected team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
