Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd in London is seeking a senior leader to build and run a regional corporate insurance team focused on high-value client opportunities. The role offers a base salary of £150,000–£200,000 and a bonus structure with earnings potential well above that.

You will recruit five to six Account Executives and Development Executives, own growth and client delivery, shape regional strategy, and establish the service proposition for major accounts across London and the South

Qualifications

• Experience leading a corporate insurance team or equivalent.
• Proven ability to win major corporate accounts and manage client relationships.
• Strong commercial focus with autonomy and leadership.
• Ability to recruit and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Excellent strategic and sales capability across London and South East.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading the London corporate team focused on major accounts across the city and the south east.
• Recruiting, managing and developing a team of Account Executives and Development Executives.
• Leading on high-value corporate insurance opportunities, typically £100,000 plus in income and in some cases substantially more.
• Taking ownership of regional sales strategy and driving performance across the team.
• Bringing senior technical credibility to large and complex client discussions.
• Building strong relationships with major corporate clients, introducers and insurer partners.
• Setting the standard for how larger opportunities are pursued, won and transitioned into ongoing client service.
• Overseeing the servicing approach on key accounts once secured.
• Helping define the culture, direction and long-term growth of the regional proposition.
